Motorola Krave ZN4 Upgrading Your Phone Software

Once in a while Motorola posts new phone software updates to the web. Check your phone, if it does not have 1.28.02P software (as of April 2009), then you are missing out on some great improvements... that are free! Watch this video to see how to do the upgrade. I think you can also take your Krave to a Verizon store and they can upgrade it. Link below gets you there if you have a USB cable and want to do it yourself.

u can ask Moto when vista will be supported. or you can take it to a verizon store. or borrow a friend's PC w/o vista

Hey i was wondering if this is going to erase all the stuff on my phone and restore it??? i got the krave in like november 08 and i have BLAZE1_01.19.0AP. for software

good question! no, this upgrade leaves all your data, you should not worry. but i always have a back-up of my contacts just in case. But I've done this upgrade on my phone and my friends, all contacts, messages, games and stuff all remain after the upgrade.

Im trying to run it but it doesnt show up on the desktop. and ive cheked on all the folders

no sure, worked fine on my PC, so the drivers and phone are ok, i would guess it is maybe a problem with your PC or USB cable.
