I met Alla a year and a half ago. I wanted to start piano lessons again, after a 16 year break, having stopped age 12. Since then Alla has coached me right up to Grade 5 piano (Distinction - 94%) and we are now studying for Grade 5 theory and Grade 7 piano. She is an amazing teacher. Patient, funny, dedicated, very talented, with high expectations and she gets great results! I always look forward to my lessons. I can't recommend her enough!

Yes, I understand what you say about this recording; but it is not difficult to see past that. You are obviously very well-trained; and I doubt it would take much to recover the standard you surely attained, when in full-time training.
I do not know a more apt example, of the old saying, "Form is temporary; class is permanent."
Thank you, also, for introducing me to Chesnokov...I think that will be permanent too.

Can you please tell me, what is the title of the Choral piece you sing on the "Starnow" website?

Not the best recordings. Lots of mistakes plus too formal.
This choral piece is the Orthodox Music by Chestnokov "The Eternal Council". All Chestnokov is like this - simple but beautiful.
