Judging by the accent it may well be an FM broadcast from some catholic church in Ireland on the legend 27/81, used to accommodate disabled folk who are unable to get to their local church.

There's a CADs station round here that regularly broadcasts muslim religious transmissions on channel 1 EU band. They use large ammounts of power going by how far the transmission travels and when they aren't broadcasting they leave their equipment switchen on transmitting blocking up the channel.

@Tinmanuk Hi Dave, I can actually here that CADS station over here in East Yorkshire sometimes when I go up to the hill tops. I think it's been going on for a few years. All we need to do is look for a mosque with a Sirio 827 at the top! :)
