New to back squatting after two months from not doing any sort of back squat; high bar are harder than my low bar placement squat. They totally destroy my upper back and i cannot round or fight with a weight, i have to keep form perfect or i won't get the rep with high bar. Once i get used to this movement I should get strong quickly.
As illegitimate mentioned you lean forward a tad too much, and also the bar placement on your neck is a bit low. Otherwise, nice squat!

You bend forward too much, that's why you failed. If you allow your knees to go forward a little more (often incorrectly cited as being dangerous), you'll be fine.
