just a haircut?

On July 3rd I got a haircut. I only cut off about 11 inches of pontytail. (two pigtails actually....) Immodestly I've always though my hair was really pretty, so it would be a shame to keep it all to myself! :-) I started growing it out in May of 08, after a cut for my 30th birthday. I had one trim in that time, and mostly just...let...it..grow! :-) I was actually worried I'd not like the cut when all was said and done - having REALLY Gotten attatched to the long hair. But, as you can see from ALL the photos I took, I freaking...LOVE...IT! :-)

You did it!! It looks darling. I was wondering if you were going to let it grow so long that it would still be long once you cut off your donation length, but you went with above the shoulder. Yayyy! Lovely.
