As I was driving on I-10 westbound towards Baton Rouge this morning, I noticed a car pass a semi-truck on the left via a barely existent berm. I fell in behind this car and proceeded to watch him swerve his car all the way towards the bridge to West Baton Rouge parish. I'm submitting this to the highway patrol in hopes that they get this idiot off the roads.

If you ever see Louisiana plate OXP 324, stay as far away as you can!

  • I'm a law enforcement officer in Ohio and I can tell you that if the Highway Patrol does view this video, the crackhead in the Chevy Impala will have one heck of a fine to pay. However, if you do see someone driving recklessly or carelessly, call 911. We will take care of the situation so you don't have to put your life at risk.

  • @severrnijKGU thank you sir. that's some good information to have when you really need to stuff it to somebody who outweighs you by several tons. :)

  • @severrnijKGU in this cases like this involving semi's and other large vehicles, it generally is not nessary to get the DOT number. Usually, a description of the truck (i.e., company name, colors, and license plate number), Interstate number/road name, mile marker, and direction will suffice. As with all vehicles, the each vehicle has its own license plate number. Although, it does help to get the license plate state as plate numbers are only unique to the state of issuance.

  • @tangnatalaga if you can do so safely, then yes, do what you can to help stop the driver. However, we don't you want you to get injured (or worse), so, like I said, if you can safely help do so. But please don't put your life in danger. And yes, if a law enforcement officer ASKS you to help him stop a fleeing driver, you are legally allowed to help. However, in most states, he must ask you FIRST.

  • @speedfreak1983 I know in NY that it is handsfree cellphone use except if it is an emergency call. Not sure about other states but pretty sure that it the general rule.

  • his car prob just needs an alignment

  • @OFFENDERRUEB loooloolol lmfao

  • hahaha he shouldnt be behind the wheel

  • @m320good Only problem You can`t do that while you are on the road. Cause near all goverments have decided that its life hazard to talk on the cell while driving. It`s documented that It is the conversation that is dangerous and not the actual holding of a phone. So while CB`s , Walkie Talkie, Handsfrie, and (The most dangerous) Yelling motherinlaw`s still is Legal while driving I say call anyway, just tell the cops, U`re a passenger.

  • Too funny if the guy in the impala hits my car i hit his face no need for 911

  • Damn how the heck did he not hit anything?
