Kickstarting 2011. Part 1: December

Not quite sure where this video series is going to go, but I decided to get intense after thanksgiving week and film bits and pieces of it. As I looked at the footage I had, I just started throwing it together and it was looking kind of cool.

These videos are going to change and evolve going into the new year as I will announce later this week.

Awyway, fitness wise, December was a great month and I am even more motivated coming into the new year!!

I LOVE THIS!!! I think they make that EA Active 2 for the Wii as well. I just may have to check that out when I get some more funds. I'm with ya...going into 2011 with a kickstart to health and fitness. Cheers!
