@spasticchuckles016 - Notice how you can see ice pellets leaving the coffee mug, It's those ice pellets that were in the mug that were hitting the railling. The water wasn't even hot or those ice pellets would have melted. Any water will cause steam if it's warmer than the air temp. You notice that the air temp wasn't nearly cold enough to turn water into ice in 2 seconds.

What a stupid foul mouth idiot. Notice how the water falls back to the ground as a liquid. No change except for the steam which is nomal with any water that is warmer than the air temp. Water will not freeze in 1 second. Dummy.
