Good points. To update you on the case, Starchild, for whom I uploaded the video, was acquitted of ALL charges. The jury determined that since no "act" of prostitution was committed, then no crime ever took place. Of particular importance was the testimony of another one of his clients, who testified that sexual acts performed between consenting adults have already been ruled legal and constitutional by the Supreme Court in the landmark Lawrence v. Texas case from 2003.
