  • Even the guy who thought he had it right got it wrong, the lyric's are "Blinded By The Light, revved Up Like A Deuce, Another Runner In The Night" not "roller in the night"

  • wrapped up like a douche another boner in the night

  • i always thought it was: blinded by the light, wake up with a douche after you`ve banged her during the night. very funny skit.

  • @cleebie69 Thanks for your input, but that is exactly what I said. I'm not sure how repeating me is supposed to correct me, but nice try.

  • try again In Springsteen's originl version the line is "Cut loose like a deuce another runner in the night" and in Mann's version 4 years later the line reads "revved up like a deuce, runner in the night".

  • @kittycatknows Thanks for noticing!

  • @ElPayasoMalo finally, we have a winner!

  • Even after looking up the lyrics when it kept sounding like "douche", I still can't hear it as anything else. Maybe he meant to sing "deuce", but what comes out of the guy's mouth is "douche", damnit!

  • Douche: A small French bath towel LOL

  • but ya know growin up in NYC summers all that hearing this song come on everyone messed up the lyrics so when yrs later i saw this it totally is true! lol

  • @cleebie69 If you're going by Mann's version. The original is "Cut loose like a deuce."

  • I always thought it was "Ripped up like a douche; another loner in the night", myself. Which I knew couldn't be right, but that's all it could ever interpret as in my brain. @_@ It does not sound like anything else in my mind. Sadface.
