Lawsuit against Ocwen #16

I couldn't sleep well for around two months. My sleep problem was from the Mortgage Company ignore my disability rights since April 2011 to present. I will not give up my disability rights. I am work so hard to fight to keep my house with ADA Lawyer and others.

I wonder if you have tried type up a letter and mail this out to the mortage office? or march down to the office and do it in person? I'm just surprised that ADA, FCC or NAD wouldn't do anything about this. Somebody has to fight this and make sure all disability people have their rights! Sometimes when a person hangs up on me on a relay call, I'd have the operator not to explain this relay thing and acts like I'm her to get this call through.

Hi Ken... Would it help if you contact your Congressman in your district? He could help.

Last night I watched President Obama deliver his third State of the Union speech. He is encouraging Congress to propose a legislation to prevent mortgage companies from defrauding homeowners. I do not think Better Business Bureau can help with VP issues.

It happened to me a few years ago. I hope you have better luck with your Congressman.
