One of the sticks in the video is a medium stick with a large shaft - changes the compression ratio a bit, gives you a little more travel while maintaining the size of the medium body.

At your height and weight - a small is going to be perfect. We'll be looking for your videos soon!!

how about a kid 5'5" about 120lbs. What size would be good? I also have some expirience, not much but a little!

I'd definitely go for a Medium! Should be just right for you -

im 5'2 what size should i get, medium or small for vertegos?

I would get a medium if you've got some good pogo experience, and a small if you're more of a beginner. At 5'2" a Medium will feel a little big, but if you're a good athlete you'll be able to handle it just fine -
