Yes, in standard Japanese it would be read "Namida".
However, this title is apparently an Okinawan dialect and it means "Namida nagarete" or "Tears stream(ing)" or "Tears for you".
So let us remember that the title for this song is correctly "Nada Soso (sousou)".
