@RIPSNZ lol sounds fun....looks a bit scary, but I would imagine the thrill is more rewarding lol....thumbs up like always!

@AkeemWalters we are not pushing the motor hard at all in this car, we just can't get the grip and we're only pulling about 8000-8500 max at the moment.
When this same motor was in the 240z we'd rev it to 10,000, check my vids and watch the 240z world record run and other 240z runs, you'll hear the motor screaming in those vids.

@rb26capri Tell me about it, the Meremere rollercoaster is not easy to get down when your trying to get some decent boost into it from 1/2 track, at present we leave with around 17psi, have a little burst up to 30ish then pull boost back out again just to make it down with minimal wheelspin. Reece from HT assures me it'd be easy 6s in Aussie so I'd love to come sometime, just need a sponser!!!

hey its me again lol....can't stop being impressed by you and your shops work.....does the chassis flex down the track have any effect on your times and applying the power down? It seems like the chassis gets a tiny bit of bounce or flex half way down the track....I'm no professional, just very curious
Element7744 1 year ago
@Element7744 There is no suspension so the chassis is designed to flex but our tracks are very bumpy and undulating so the car does tend to bounce more than it would on a good track, its all part of the fun of trying to get down there quickly and in 1 piece, lol.

nice run when are u gonna beat hks all out rb record?(tube frame 180sx 1200hp rb28 7.1x @19x mph) it should be easier in a fed compared to the heavier tube frame care (i think)
somerandomaussie 1 year ago
@somerandomaussie We are gunning for their record as soon as our season starts up again. The FED is actually 955kg so pretty sure it would be heavier than the 180sx and the FED probably 60fts no quicker than the 180 either, also we have very little grip from 1/2 track hence our very low mph (181).
We are looking forward to having a go at it towards the end of the year, cheers.
