Deadpool wakes up in a strange place (won't be the first time) and a man by the name Slade Wilson is there. It turns out the Alternate Realities Monitoring and Operating Response (or A.R.M.O.R.) unit wants to hire them. Their task hunting and killing Norman Osborn, a man who would be very important in his near future... but for some reason doesn't remember.
No copyright infringement intended. Deadpool Portal, Bullseye, Norman Osborn, Wolverine and A.R.M.O.R. are owned by Marvel comics. Death Stroke is owned by DC. other characters owned by Marvel Comics.

Wade was made by marvel because they were trying to make fun of slade, same as firestar (marvel) and starfire (DCU)
