Robert Plant and Jimmy Page should be proud. A great cover at The Society For Ethical Culture on W. 64th Street in NYC. Part of JVC Jazz festival. Toshi Reagon is on acoustic and Brandon Ross on electric guitars. See all my videos, click on the blue hoppermusic above. See my review at http://hoppersmusic.com/

  • Beautiful song. Beautiful singer. Beautiful rendition! I have a particular interest in this song as I recorded my own version of the same. I would invite you to take a listen and please let me know what you think!

  • Splendid.

  • WOW... Thank you is my favorite song and I usually don't like covers, but this is one amazing, beautiful cover. THANK YOU for posting this :)

  • This isn't the best quality video but you can see the sweet and brief interaction between Lizz and Toshi. I hope they go on collaborating for along time, writing beautiful music for us to enjoy. I think they compliment each other, both are deeply committed to their art. It' s a good pairing. And a petit side note: love the simple summer dress and how sexy that shes barefoot, like stated, it isn't the best video but her radiance still shows thru.

  • The stunning Jazz vocalist Lizz Wright makes this song her own. Lizz Wright has that rare gift of becoming the song so completely that she bares her soul to the listener.

I have seen her perform this live [she is even better live] a few times....in a deeply spiritual state, she moved me to the core. The audience were in a trance-like state. She has many such moving ballads like this...check out her cds: "Salt", "Dreaming Wide Awake" & "The Orchard."

  • omg!!!!!!!!! i love this song!

  • oh oh oh, i love her take on this song. "Thank You".

  • amazing song, amazing voice
