  • This depends on the type of shooter you are. I like the Canon 17-55 f/2.8 or Canon 24-105 f/4. These are my favorite lenses.

  • @nate42nd - Yeah, I like the Canon 24-105mm myself. Very nice lens with a great range.

  • Do you really need constant apertures? I cant decide between the sigma 17-70 2.8-4 or tamron 17-40 2.8

  • @Smalskin - All depends on what YOU want to shoot. The Sigma 17-70 is a nice lens with a good range.

  • What about the Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM??? I am shocked that this lens wasn't mentioned as it is getting great reviews.

  • @PaulTardino - Yes, that's a good option too. For the price, I'd probably go with the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 OS as you get the constant f2.8 aperture.

    Sigma 17-70 2,8-4 HSM OS

    Tamron 17-50 2,8 VC

Which one of these has the faster and more accurate autofocus ??

    Thanks for help!!!

  • Hey Matt,

I bought Canon 60D a while ago and used it with 17-85mm, I did not like the lens because the aperture on it was too high.

Canon 60D, I like the body alot, image quality was so nice I must say but the Lens was not as good as I thought. I cannot afford L lenses neither I want to spend that much on them anyway.

So my question, Any Good lens with less aperture, High quality but with a cheap price?I'm after a Zoom lens aswell. So any recommendations? Cheers buddy

    Fay
