1,2 Million Km Mercedes 300TD startup

(1,2 million km = 770000 miles)
These are in my opinion the best cars ever made, they run forever. This one used to be a taxi and is pretty worn out, but engine and tranny is all original as far as I know, and has never had any major rebuilds or repairs.

@kellerman40 When it turned 1 million, it went back to 0, and it was driven 237268km after that, so it has 1,237268 million km on it. It's pretty normal that old Mercedes taxis have done this sort of Kms

@joshster89 A car like this one with 237,000KM would look and run like a new car, this one was very worn, the engine used oil and water, and it had a little knock, the tranny made bad noises, rear differensial had tons of slack and the rest of the car was worn. I have seen many of these cars with 400-800,000KM and none was nearly as worn as this one. You can see the smoke and hear the injector knocking in the video, the rest you'll have to trust me on.

Lovely diesel sound! Good old mechanical injection. The modern HDI Diesels have a hell of a lot to live up to! Great song on the radio too :)
