Spinach & Mushroom Alfredo Wrap (240 calories)

Ingredients

fresh spinach
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons of alfredo sauce
1/4 cup no fat mozzerella cheese
1 wrap (I used La Tortilla Factory soft wrap)
cooking spray
some sort of grill

Spray pan with some sort of cooking spray and toast the chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes on low to medium heat. Add alfredo sauce and mix then add spinach and mushroom and mix again. Cook it down for around 4 minutes stirring atleast once in between. Add the ingredients to the wrap and fold it as shown in the video. Spray some cooking spray on the grill you use and toast it for one minute. If you do not have a grill, you can put it in the oven at 450 degrees for about 4-7 minutes to toast it.

  • @xtmjx I'm sorry I forgot to list it in the ingredients. It was a brand called La Tortilla Factory and it's their smart & delicious smart wrap.

  • love it. Thank you so much I hate cooking but I don't mind making this it's simple and does not take a lot of steps, or timing.

  • me gustan tus videos de comida!

  • YUM! Looks so good!

  • This looks good. Will be trying this!

  • You know that in Romania we don't have such thing as Olive Sprayer? This sucks. You have to use a brush to lube the frying pan.

The good part is that you don't over-cook them so that you get the benefits out of them.

    Grilled? wooooooohohooooo....driveling in here...

  • That looks delicious but I would have to put meat in mine!
