Would it be good to combine this circuit along with your "8-Minute Workout to Lose Stomach Fat" circuit and maybe some interval training (low intensity walk for 12 secs. and then 8 second sprint)?

@Oriasis That would be an excellent plan. By the way, if you are sprinting all out for 8 seconds, you'll probably need more recovery than 12 seconds. Try it and you'll see what I mean. : ) Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

@nadya454 you should do this circuit (or something similar) about 3 days a week. Make sure you don't do the same thing over and over. Variety is key. Add in some HIIT or sprints 2-3 days per week.
