I feel so sorry for kim to work with such a jerk like david.He is so arrogant and has no problem with cutting her off and talking over her.I bet she gets up in the mornings with sense of dread,there is no chemistry between them,kim always seems to be on edge not wanting to upset david.She seems like such a good host
