To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall German writer Holger Teschke visited PLU.
During his time on campus he was kind enough to visit with us and talk about his experiences in East Germany, the fall of the wall and German unification.
Teschke is a native of the Baltic island of Rügen in the former East Germany and teaches and directs internationally and has been on the theater faculty at Mount Holyoke College since 1996.
He is a playwright, director, poet and former artistic director at the famed Berliner Ensemble.
