  • Since you're starting BFL again I recommend reviewing last year's failure vid (you said "it's all crap") and thinking of ways to avoid the same thing this time. What will you do when work gets busy and people take off? You must plan ahead sir!

  • Exactly what I've been doing these past few months. A lot of it has to do with priorities and understanding things I have control around. My health is my number one priority. Without that, not much else matters. It is also something that I have a large measure of control over.

    At the very least, I can quit a lifestyle that is hurting me.

  • I'm hearing that from a lot of people...that if you just stick with it for a month, the results will feel so good that you'll never want to go back. Thanks for the tip about "Eating for Life" too. I'd much rather get my meals by cooking them than out of a box.

  • Sorry one more comment. If cooking your own meals is at all feasible for you, I strongly recommend the recipes in "Eating for Life". There's one in there called the "any day sundae" that I eat almost every day for dessert.

  • Right on brother! BTW I started BFL about a month after you did originally. Take my word for it, if you can tough it out for three weeks you'll probably be golden. And if you have a bad day or two, get screwed by work, and miss a workout, just keep going without looking back. Don't try to make up for it by depriving yourself later. Good luck!!
