I liked McMoneagle's books the best of all of the remote viewing books I read. I agree with StillnessofMind, he is very down to earth, sincere even humble.

Reading Joe's handbook will inform you that everyone can remote view BUT only about one HALF of ONE percent (0.005%) have the talent of McMoneagle caliber.

This is probably consistent with other human abilities. Not everyone can be Lance Armstrong! But lot of people can ride a bike!

i read 2 of Joe M's Books and there very down to earth, practical and honest.
