Come enjoy the symphony of the spring water!!

This is a two part video on the spring hike/run/swim we take every week. The water and boulders create a fun obstacle course, as well as a very refreshing dip in some very clean spring water..all the while enjoying the clean air and nice kiss from the sun!!

This hike feels more tropical as you get to the top..which will be in part 2. The spring water feeds A LOT of diverse life....very dense!!

At the top, is the SOURCE of the spring, pouring out of the side of a cliff.

I've been drinking the water from this place now..for about 2 years. Love it!!

To find a Spring near you..check out...http://www.findaspring.com/ or add yours to the growing database.

oh..and if you haven't read Christopher McDougall's book yet, "Born to Run" scoop a copy ASAP...it's awesome!!!!! and YouTube David Wolfe and Barefoot Technology...cool stuff about EMF's and being barefoot.

Thanks for cruising a long!!

  • This was a treat to find this here on YT ! We have many springs here in the Rothaar mountains of Germany and are so grateful to live near some very special healing wells that have been sadly forgotten about by the locals. Drinking the water collected from the source has changed our lives .........just wish others would connect to the earth as one should be . My 7 year old son is in awe watching your video and thinks you look lie tarzan !! Peace and light to you....thank you !

  • @JERHxART thanks for your comment!!! peace and light to you!!!!! - tarzan

  • This place is like something from a dream, all those little clearings and pools, getting colder and cleaner as you ascend. I could easily build a religion around water. I think the sensation of thirst, and the quenching of it is one of the most sublime, life-affirming sensations the human nervous system can experience.

  • I imagine a hot July afternoon, trekking up and up that canyon, the sun beating down, and every now and then, rounding a corner and finding a cold, clear pool and submerging myself in it, feeling the cool water wick away the heat radiating from my back and neck and inhaling gulp after gulp of icey, clear spring water, then emerging from the pool and collapsing in the shade of a boulder on the damp, clammy stone floor, the fresh scent of wet stone and damp moss filling my head,
