From Information Clearinghouse:

The training materials were intended to instruct servicemen and women about the use and hazards of depleted uranium munitions. In addition, the training regimen included instructions for soldiers who repair and recover vehicles contaminated by depleted uranium.

Throughout 1996, these videos sat on a shelf, while U.S. soldiers continued to use and work with depleted uranium munitions. In June 1997, Bernard Rostker, The Department of Defense (DoD) principle spokesperson for their investigation of Gulf War hazardous exposures, stated that the depleted uranium safety training program would begin to be shared by a limited number of servicemen and women in July 1997.

STILL TODAY the vast majority of servicemen and women in the U.S. military, and likely in the armed forces of other countries which are developing or have obtained depleted uranium munitions, are unaware of the use and dangers of depleted uranium munitions, or of the protective clothing and procedures which can minimize or prevent serious short-term exposures.

  • I paused the video and counted each pixel in this video... There are 18 pixels vertically and 32 pixels horizontally, leaving us with a grand total of 576 pixels in the entire video...

But at least the audio is understandable.

  • @MrReconaissance1 Fortunately, the important information is in the audio which is understandable.

  • We had to take thumb drive awareness and sexual harassment training four times a year but I've never seen any video like this while in and I was in for 13 years.

  • @TheRealSuperSlayer, last I heard, this Depleted Uranium video has never been shown to soldiers or Marines on the ground in any official capacity. It was approved back in the 90s but not been shown. So spread the word. Thank you for the feedback and thank you for your service. Peace and good health to you!

  • I’ve found several versions of this video online so far. I’m seeing that one is clear and yours is not yet more complete.

The other video while much clearer blinks a lot and is not complete, (Subliminal message?). I feel this is extremely important information being former military myself. Thank you my friend. I wish you and yours blessings of excellent health, love, peace and prosperity now and always! :)

  • @shadowone6, thank you for the kind words! I'm sorry I'm only reading them months later. And I will say to you what you said to me so kindly, "Thank you my friend. I wish you and yours blessings of excellent health, love, peace and prosperity now and always!"
