  • she has beautiful hair for recovering from anorexia.

  • Tell your doctor, I don't really know but when I did they referred me to an eating disorder clinic... and you have to be patient, and especially be honest with them! I told them I was better after about 6 months because I was tired of the threats to hold me back a year from college and the fact that it was going nowhere, you also have to want to recover for yourself and no one else, it's hard but loads of people do it. Good luck =]

  • What an amazing person that really knows the disorder inside and out. She speaks with such maturity and a desire to help others. I find the interviewer just bothered me with he questions like how much did she weigh.

  • Beautiful words, really.

  • I thought it was a wig.

  • No No No NO!! The causes of anorexia aren't known. The first cases were recorded around 1900 far before media influence. Some people nowerdays perhaps develop eating disorders due to media influnece and it certainly effects people who already have eating disorders.

Proanorexia isn't anorexia. Some anorexics use them but certainly not most. Proanorexia comunities are full of people who aren't mentally ill but see the outside effects of anorexia and descide they want to be mentally ill too.

  • That was very encouraging

  • I'm a male anorexic. How could I go about recovering?
