Ok...Here we go. This is the change I made in 3 months with a program called P90X. It was the best move I have made in a long time. The physical change is what I was after, but it changed a whole lot more than that!

Nice going, David - let me ask you something - the exercise tool you're using at the 2:00 mark - are you using those in place of pull ups? I will have difficulty putting a pull up bar in the house and am looking for a good alternative.

@jerry01aterols I used bands for pull ups back then. I now do pull ups like normal with a pull up bar. But Bands work great. They make a door attachment that you can hook the band to and do them. The videos show you the option.
