www.matteroffitness.com Part 1 of 2. Alternate between 60 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for the following exercises. Compound movements for metabolic effect, strengthens core, burns fat, builds muscles. Using 15 pound dumbbells and 10 pound dummbells for bench work.   • @Dawn2Dusknback( I respect what your saying) in the world of fitness its not always form and programming- its a very small piece of the puzzle. Do the workout- if you don't have any pain keep going- its about feeling good about your workout and just moving! If you get caught up on form and programming you are going to spend to much time that people just don't have.

  • Thanks for the workout ideas, but the woman's form for the squat/should presses was very poor. Her knees went over her toes, which is really bad for the joints... and she seemed more focused on getting as many reps in as possible than completing the movements (driving tailbone down during squats, fully extending arms for the presses, etc.)
