I wish! I know a little about it, and I think I could be pretty good if I practiced. I've been doing gymnast style strength training for a while, so that would help. and i'm crazy flexible XD

not bad! you've got pretty good upper body strength. I tried doing a flare just for fun, but that shit's way harder than it looks.

haha yeah my flares are like suicidal. Pretty much back when i made this vid my only focus was on sheer power moves, now i'm trying to transition in style as well. You breakdance regularly as well?
