This is another practice technique that Peter Philpott in 'The Art of Wrist Spin Bowling' advocates. Philpott says that you should be doing this constantly with a cricket ball or anything you can get your hands on - oranges, apples, tennis balls anything just as long as you're training your fingers, wrist, elbow and arm to give the ball a 'Big Flick'. And also.....i sometimes bowl full tosses and i get wacked around

@Hassananime Turn your wrist, so that you're flicking the ball hard to give it more top-spin. You'll find that this gives you different elements to your bowling - if you're spinning the ball that well, you'll get superb dip and you might find more frequent drift. It'll take some practice if you don't already bowl the Top-Spinner, but definitely worth while, the ball will turn less, but dip more and bounce more and should get you more wickets and far less wides.

Good stuff man, I've been bowling Leg Spin since I was a little tacker, but recently I've lost my break, I've had people talk about my action as the 'Googly syndrome' every time I try for a leg break I get a wrongun, any tips?

This website is clever I tried to answer with a link to somewhere else and it hasn't allowed me to upload it. Follow the links in my profile and you should find where I comment the most on spinning or search 'Googly syndrome' you'll find them that way as well. I'll try via your youtube account as well.
