Whatever works for the powers that be; that's what happens. Dems and Reps exist (to my mind) as 2 different flavors of the same fascism - just an illusion to let the people believe they have some control-- so they continue to go to work and pay their taxes...
That's why no 3rd parties are allowed; the dems saw to that when Clinton was in power.
The reality is: Rumsfeld had to flee Europe, as he was about to be arrested for war crimes. Bush/Cheney can get arrested, too.
