Am I the only one who finds it difficult to push the nose down and accelerate through sink? I notice, Bruno, you do it properly, but I find I have to fight myself, since my irrational mind says I'm sinking already, so why point the nose down and get lower, even though my rational mind knows better.

@saildapper2001 Sorry for so late a reply but you are right. At first it is hard to push in sink but once you try it and see how much better it is to get out of the bad air quickly you become motivated to push when you hit sink.
