Hey Leesha, Merry Christmas to you and yours. I can relate since I have chronic AR. Try out a low acid coffee. It can be well managed with the meds available but you have to take it everyday. I pray that your beautiful voice recovers soon and wish you the best in all your endeavors in the new year.

acid reflux ugh been dealing with it for years and I still sing although my singing could kill people I try not to torcher too many people

One of the ancient remedies to stomach problems is cumin powder, one heaping teaspoon will do the trick, tough to swallow, but works.
