"PUMPED UP KICKS WORKOUT!" This short, but intense workout is great for toning up the legs and really hitting your core! These are also fairly advanced movements that will require some work to really get down and have proper form. In future tutorials, I'll post regressions of all these movements that will help build up to the ones shown here. Don't get discouraged and keep at it!
