Timeform is fatally flawed in my opinion, Sea The Stars idled in front(as do many other horses) yet this isn't taken in to consideration. The way Sea The Stars cruised through the gears and for me it's a real sign of greatness if a horse is going faster than anything else around him and doesn't look like they are. To my mind he never looked near fully extended and Mick Kinane reckoned he was never even at 85% but Timeform has him behind Frankel as Frankel keeps going when in front.
