President Barack Obama is the sixth Black president of the USA. Though our media is constantly telling us that our presidents have been White, the truth is America has already had at least five Black presidents. This piece is from the book BLACK PEOPLE AND THEIR PLACE IN WORLD HISTORY by Dr. Leroy Vaughn, MD, MBA, Historian. The book is the result of Dr. Vaughn's almost half century study of Black History. A must read for those in search of historical truth.

So many people who profess to detest profiling or pointing out others by their race, are so racially oriented in thier own mind. It's no ones business what races are in my background. I'm a Davis & likely have other race ancestors, SO WHAT? There's many others who have white ancestors. Are they better or worse than other people on the earth? "NO". Let go of racial mindedness people & accept people as their "individual" selves. It's the media and US Government causing racial division in America.

@sourheartroasie These men had enough Black blood in them to be lynched in their day. I understand the logic of modern standards, but during the time, that was the reality. Each of us has about 250 parents/grands/etc going back only 8 generations. Not everyone told the truth, or even knew 'who may have jumped the fence.'
The Jefferson family has acknowledged their Black family members.
