  • How much did you pay for the new one??

  • I've had a couple of new ones (3) for a number of years. i paid about $300.00 !

  • Thanks Smokin Joe - I've always thought that many triples don't run as good as in the old days (70's) and I've suspected many of the rebuilt cranks aren't as good today as they should be ! Will keep you posted !

  • Thanks Louis for breaking out the virgins for testing. Let me know when your ready to assemble the engine. No names mentioned and a good job with the video. This is kind out cool being able to quality check the outcome of a crank overhaul before bolting up the engine. Great video work as usual Louis.

  • Thanks Dave

  • Thanks for the post!

  • Great video! I remember some web site moderator, on some web site saying that they were all "bean counters" and were made sloppy from the get go?? Thank you for this solid conclusive learning session. Please post some more rebuilt cranks now that we know that origionals are perfect. It would be neat to compare different builder's levels of quality.

    Thank YOU!
