@mirrorseye as a matter of fact, this is a very common defense against a rear mount. Sinking down and shrugging is a starting point.

I love Catch style moves! They're great in a crunch situation. I use Jiu Jitsu when I'm on top, but when I'm in unfavorable positions it's Catch style submissions all day LOL I hate losing! So I'll do almost anything to get out of a bad position LOL even Catch Wrestling stuff

@Submissions101 yeah this move works if your playing with someone, but then you can tell them you can punch them their and this move is worthless so they will realise they were just able to hold it because you were not hitting them/playing with them

@oreme89 Catch Wrestling or Catch as Catch Can. Its a great martial art style and really is a nice blend to Jiu Jitsu just as Judo, Sambo or Shoot are.
