On Monday, April 9, 2007, Indiana House Representative Jackie Walorski introduced an amendment to repeal a law enacted in 2005 that allowed a plan to develop to do mass mental screening of Indiana's kids.

Very true,. the US govt has been giving the psyche field billions of dollars, and nothing has changed except millions of teens have beem diagnosed with all kinds of so-called "psychiatric illnesses" and of course the pharma companies have earned billions more selling them prescriptions.

The result of this gross negligence horsecrap? America presently has the highest suicide rate among young people in the world.

America also has the most labeled as having a mental illness. Cause and effect?

Teen Screen is a"psychiatric service to prevent suicide"in teens and children.But psychiatry has never studied/researched suicide,there's NOTHING on "suicide"in the DSM IV! They have the HIGHEST RATE OF SUICIDE OF ANY PROFESSION. They're incompetent and ignorant of what suicide is and suffer from it themselves.Teenscren has 84% FALSE POSITIVE result! 84% will be scheduled for drugs which can CAUSE suicide. This is beyond incompetence - it's murder, false stygmatizing and fraudulent profiteering.
