This is the race against Greenville Rose. My arms, a facet of my race that I had been working and working on during practice (and thought I had fixed), are quite frankly embarassing. I fix it in practice and then get into the meet and suck it up. I think the 3.5 hour bus ride had something to do with it. Not to mention the gale force winds we hurdled into. I ran 15.1 which is not as low as I was praying for...which is unfortunate but its no ones fault but my own. The snap of my legs is better with the pause being noticeably reduced. Please critique. My rival has a PR of 14.5 and mine is 14.9 and I want to compete.
