man nexium messed up my dads health bad. then wehn he told the doc he was going to stop all his pills they said he would die for sure.....lol just a clean diet and exercise seemed to fix the problem after they took out his gallbladder of course

You are so right about the power of the berries. Yesterday, I consumed fresh apple juice in the morning and the rest of the day I ate sweet, dark, juicy, blackberries. I felt the blackberries stir up lymphatic stagnation in my head, especially at the back of the head, base of the skull. Threw off my cerebellum. Good stuff!

I would love to hear more about astral travel too. I have been trying to work on doing it but I feel stuck or blocked or something. Ugh! I know Anastasia from the Ringing cedar series often travelled to many places on earth and to other planets as well. I'm so curious to learn more. Lol have a wonderful day everyone!
