That's interesting. Because evolutionary theory says nothing about "familiation" nor "phylumation" nor "kingdomation" etc. But there IS this little thing called speciation: the base process from which all other taxonomic categories sprout. There have been numerous observed instances of speciation. Speciation is a fact.

I wonder, if by "kind" they mean family, why not just say "family?" Oh, that's right, because if they're refuted, they can move the goal post and simply redefine "kind" again.

The is plenty of gaping holes in the theory of evolution and many true scientists believe in the genesis account and are very capable.

Darwin's general theory presumes the development of life from non-life and stresses a purely naturalistic (undirected) "descent with modification". That is, complex creatures evolve from more simplistic ancestors naturally over time.
