game boy micro review

a review of the system game boy micro. Released by nintendo in sept 2005. It is only $35 used becasue of unpopularity at gamestop. Interestingly GBASP is $50 there.

something I didn't like is the volume and sound quality is less than GBA SP but still I carry it with me wherever I go. Instead of getting a new game for your DS get this for the same cost

Can you multiplay with gbasp (via link cable)

Can you play it on gamecube (via gcn to gba cable)

You can multiplay but you need an adapter for the gameboy micro cable to attach to the GBA cable.

No you can't connect with gamecube, there is no adapter for that. Whenever you need to connect to the gamecube use a regular GCN - GBA cable

is the sp better or worse? i heard this can put the brightness down and up and sp stays the same

it has 4 levels of brightness but they are all very close to eachother (unlike DS lite)

You change brightness by turning volume up/down while holding down the L button. I always have it on lowest brightness though
