@TheGreenMonkeyMHFC It's not the airlines that decide the winglets, it's the manufacturer. Eg: boeing, airbus, embraer... The older planes mostly don't have winglets, but some newer ones have what's called a raked wingtip. Basically, it performs the same task as a winglet with reduced drag.

I'm in canada right now. Just landed from Air Canada in Vancouver international Airport. Date going back to Canada: 03/07/11 Date going back to phillipines (At June 2011): 08/06/11 or 07/06/11 Happy Canada day! Canada i love this country!
