The Utah Highway Patrol has now come out with its own internal investigation that says that the officer acted "reasonably".

Our police are OUT OF CONTROL in this country. That idiot cop DIDNT even try talking to the guy. He just went straight for an arrest...THATS BULL SHIT. All he did was refuse to sign the ticket...BIG DEAL its not required. *refused to sign* Its not even a criminal offense!!!! Its civil!

If the pregnant wife didn't "comply", should she have been tasered too? Neither one of these people posed any threat whatsoever. If a citizen had pulled this they'd be charged with battery. Please provide for me the law, in Utah, that states a cop can pull you over and ticket you for speeding based on what the speed limit is going to be further down the road.
