1994 Mercedes E500, stock wheels/tires, stock gears, stock differential, stock brakes, stock 1994 engine (5.0L) with 1992 LH module, 280rwhp. Data recorded with RaceTech AP-22 computer showed the following times on two back to back runs - the second run was a bit slower as the engine was hotter:
0-60 = 5.84 & 5.88 seconds
0-100 = 13.69 & 14.00 seconds
0-130 = 24.21 & 25.62 seconds
Car had 3/4 tank of fuel and was in normal street trim (spare tire in trunk, etc). Elevation was 2400' above sea level and ambient temp was very cold, as seen by the thermometer reading in the dash (~32°F, 0°C). The times would have been a tenth or two quicker if ASR hadn't engaged. Note that the speedometer is accurate within 1-2mph up to about 100mph, but after that it is "optimistic", i.e. at an actual 130mph, the speedometer indicates approximately 135mph. The AP-22 data is accurate within 1% and has been calibrated & verified via dragstrip timing lights.
UPDATE: I recently learned the tachometer is reading 200-300rpm high at ~6000rpm. Actual shift point is 6000rpm, ±50rpm, per an AutoMeter tach with peak recall function.
