If they fight with violence, they will be fought back against with violence. The never-ending cycle of our world's brutal history of war, violence, and hate continues. If they cannot fight back with non-violence than it is all for nothing.
What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?

The people of the US have our hearts and sould with you 100%. But the US central govt must keep its hands clean lest it bungles everything and creates more problems for the long term (like in 1952).

Very true... if any has studyin justice, not justice criminal, will understand this is the natural way of things. US involvment would be forgien and not make things better. Look at iraq

The US administration cannot support the protestors without immediately undermining their credibility in their own country. How dumb are some of you people? Study history.
