  • Beautiful song & performance.

  • Woops, didn't look closely. I guess I should have said that was to David LaMotte. I am glad to find this song though. Thank you.

  • I have thought of you singing this song at least twice in the past week, and just thought to myself, "Hmm, I wonder if he has a youtube place?" So I looked, and lo and behold, this song was at the top of the page. Anyhow, I love it!! Good to hear you again.

  • I came across this song right after I broke my leg severely and had to have three surgeries just to save it. My family and friends stepped up so great. I had no idea that so many people cared but they do and they are my angels and we ARE each others angels. Little things mean a lot and usually they are easy things to do. Believe me, it all makes a difference.

  • What year was this? Was this the PCUSA College Presbyterian trip? I think I might have been there.

  • I saw Chuck Brodsky at a little coffee house in Mt. Holly NC called "The Rainbow coffee house" god about 15 years ago. this song and "Unbridled". Yes go see Chuck.

  • I saw him in Ferndale, Arkansas on the 15th of October 2008. I bought his last album and we are good friends now. I got his autograph :)

    He is awesome.

  • I saw David LaMotte when he came to the Auckland Folk Festival (NZ) a few years back. We picked up the SS Bathtub CD, and my then-preschooler insisted on having it on high rotation. "David Singing music" she called it. It's a firm family favourite now. HEaring it over and over certainly did not become tiresome, quite the opposite.

  • He came to my uncles funeral and played this for him because my uncle was a huge fan!...It was so sweet. Great song!

  • I first saw Chuck Brodsky perform this song about eight years ago and was so moved I was sobbing by the end of the song. What surprises me is that each time I see him there's an audience of only about a dozen fans . Chuck is a great songwriting talent. Go see him when he's in your area. You won't be disappointed.
