The latest music video by Finnish pop star Martina Aitolehti was mostly filmed in the Paf Casino. Take a peek behind the scenes with us and check out the making-of the video.
"Since I play poker in my free time, Mariehamn was a natural
location choice for us to shoot the casino scenes, because Paf is a gaming company that I am already familiar with. I've been to Las Vegas, among other places, by winning a Paf poker tournament," says Martina Aitolehti about the filming trip to Åland, and she continues: "There were 18 people involved in the video shoot and filming lasted three days in total."
During the shoot Paf's Mariehamn Casino was practically transformed into an all-out movie studio just ten minutes after closing for the day. Filming the casino scenes began after midnight and lasted well into the early hours of the morning, just before the casino opened again for business. Everyone involved pressed on through the night working hard without any sleep, keeping running on just coffee, energy drinks, snacks and uplifting music.
Martina will return to Åland on 19 August with other stars to take part in the international Paf Open Beach Volleyball tournament for celebrities and she will perform live at the evening event on Saturday 20 August. We also hope to see her again in Paf's next poker tournament!
Directed by Jyri Koski, production by HMC.
